#9 – Free replacement of smart meters with analogs (for privacy, surge protection, reduce bill miscalculations, to stop strong wireless radiation exposures)
G – Legislative Stipend Reform (state legislative $bonus given only with transparency & work completion)
D – Rent control (limits rent increases from large landlords to just 5% or consumer price index increase, whichever is lower)

#1A – Allow only charges for your own utility use, and stop utilities adding extra charges to meet a target profit, e.g. revenue decoupling [right now utilities are charging everyone to fund things like data center discounts & data center infrastructure when one AI data center in LA required 3 new fossil fuel plants – the DPU is failing to require independent, detailed annual audits – the legislature as well]
#8 – Allow utilities to charge only for actual delivery of electricity (right now utilities are charging extra for electric car rebates, to fund solar anywhere, to fund wind turbines, to fund energy saving rebates, etc. – this is unfair because these monies are paid for by everyone, including the poor, but go disproportionately to wealthier individuals: e.g. private investors in alternative energy and to people who can afford electric cars & private home energy savings instead of to the poor who rely on public transport or those who live in rentals).
#4 – Limit state housing mandates to 10 units on an acre (would change state mandate requiring 15 housing units per acre within half a mile of a public transit station (MBTA) for 50 acres – would help MBTA communities reduce traffic congestion and sewer runoff in already congested communities – note the state mandate does not require affordability, just density) ***noway3A.org
