Giving Disclaimers & Compliance Policy
To maintain absolute transparency and protect the independent mission of Last Tree Laws LLC, all corporate sponsorships are subject to the following structural conditions:
- No Quid Pro Quo: Sponsorships are clean, unrestricted financial contributions to our infrastructure and work. Funding does not grant the sponsor any editorial control, veto power, oversight, or influence over our findings, policy analysis, or messaging.
- Right to Terminate & Reject: Last Tree Laws, L.L.C., reserves the exclusive right to refuse, return, or terminate any corporate funds at our sole discretion.
- Privacy & Anonymity Options: We respect your data security and disclosure preferences. During the onboarding process, corporate allies can explicitly choose to be listed publicly on our directories or select a confidential sponsorship status. We do not sell, rent, or trade donor tracking information to third-party marketing entities.
